Thank you for your extremely positive comments (see over). These are available to view on our school website. We are delighted that you and your child are finding our 30 hour provision such a positive experience.

We  also value your suggestions (see over) on what we could do better and would like to take the opportunity to respond to some of your feedback:

· The difficulty we have with opening the door prior to 9am is that staff are ensuring that breakfast club children are handed over safely to their classes throughout school and then quickly turn-around the space for the 30 hour offer children. Obviously, this is a very busy and important transition within the school day and staff are allocated to individual children and classes to ensure the safety of all children.

· Parents should be receiving regular texts and updates via our school texting service. If this is not the case, there may be an issue with your contact details and we would encourage you to check these with the school office.

· We are considering ways of displaying 30 hour information and up-dates so that they are accessible for all parents and carers daily.

· In terms of the payment of invoices, it is important that regular payments are in place. The vast majority of our parents and carers find that weekly invoices enable them to manage their costs more effectively.

· Staff do and will continue to prompt children to drink water throughout the school day.

· ‘Stay and Play’ already works very effectively in Nursery. We feel that space restraints make it prohibitive to offer this in wraparound. As the children are very settled and happy in their extended provision, this may disrupt routines which staff have worked very hard to establish.

Please speak to Early Years staff if we can be of any further assistance.
